dc.description.abstract | Transient bone marrow edema syndrome (TBMES) is a disorder with unknown etiology and must be included in the differential diagnosis of hip pain. TBMES generally has a good prognosis but, it can be result in avascular necrosis (AVN). We present two cases diagnosed with TBMES, one of whom experienced full remission and the other who developed AVN. | en_US |
