dc.description.abstract | Congenital sinuses of the lower lip in association with cleft lip, cleft palate, or both, are rare and occur in the Van der Woude syndrome. This syndrome is believed to be clue to an autosomal dominant gene with 80 to 100% penetrance and a variable expressivity. Five patients with Van der Woude syndrome are presented and the penetrance in the families is examined. | en_US |
