Ureteric obstruction due to pelvic actinomycosis

Actinomycosis is a chronic infection characterised by the presence of dense fibrous tissue, and the diagnosis is usually difficult. Here we present a case with pelvic actinomycosis and ureteral obstruction, which was diagnosed by laparotomy.
