It is well known that high resolution Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) of solids can be observed by using the Magic Angle Spinning (MAS) technique. In this study, a brief introduction to MAS NMR is presented. Basic theory of anisotropic interactions which result in broadened NMR lines of the solid samples is introduced. By using the MAS technique, how to average out these interactions is explained. Some specific examples of spectra norrowed by the MAS technique are given and discussed.en_US
