| dc.description.abstract | Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Radyoloji Anabilim Dalı Ultrasonografi Biriminde intrakranial patoloji düşünülen 123 olguya transfontanel ultrasonografi uygulanmıştır . Bunlarda ultrasonografide patoloji saptanan tüm olguları içermek üzere 65 ' ine bilgisayarlı tomografi incelenmesi yapılmıştır . 48 hastada patoloji tespit edilmiiş olup 1 hastada ultrasonografi bilgisayarlı tomografi ' ye üstünlük göstermiştir . 48 hastadaki toplam 53 patolojik bulgunun 52 ' si bilgisayarlı tomografi ile tanımlanmış olup 39 ' u ultrasonografi ile doğru tanımlanmıştır .Bilgisayarlı tomografi ' nin tanı değeri tam kabul edildiğinde ise ultrasonografi %73.1 sensitive ; % 80.9 spesifite ; % 90.4 pozitif prediktif değer ve % 54.8 negatif prediktif değer göstermiştir. | en_US |
