Fibrous dysplasia is a benign fibrous-osseous lesion of the bone and is generally seen in children and adolescents. It was firstly described by Lichtenstein in 1938. Its etiology is not fully understood. It arises in growing and developing bones and its development finishes when the bone growth ends. Our case is a 41 years old woman who has a local aggressive fibrous dysplasia which arised in the first rib and recurred 6 years later with the second rib involvement. Here we present an extraordinary fibrous dysplasia case which arised in an adult person whose bone growth has finishes, made recurrence and behaved local aggressive.en_US
