dc.description.abstractTreatment of inguinal post-burn contractures is a difficult problem. Multiple operations have been described for treatment of inguinal contractures. Seven flap-plasty and medial thigh fasciocutaneous flaps are among these techniques. In this paper, we report two patients with inguinal contractures, which have treated by seven flap-plasty and medial thigh fasciocutaneous flaps. The cases followed up one year. The results were satisfactory.en_US
