Although endocrinological causes of hypertension in childhood are very rare, these causes may be life threatening. Therefore, they should be investigated carefully. Furthermore, endocrinological etiologies of hypertension are diagnosed more frequently than past years because of some modifications in the diagnosis of hyperaldosteronism and increased incidence of obesity in childhood. In this paper endocrinological causes of hypertension in children are reviewed.en_US
