dc.description.abstractIn traumatic patients who underwent tube thoracostomy because of pneumothorax massive air leak priorly suggests bronchial rupture. The patient who has transported with massive air leak reason, thought in initial diagnosis it's bronchial rupture and had certain diagnosis with surgical exploration. To emphasize the importance of clinical evaluation in urgent traumatic patients, we present a patient with a right main bronchial rupture who underwent emergency thoracotomy.en_US
