Synchromous endometrial and vaginal carcinoma is extremely rare. A 39-year-old virgin woman presented with weight loss, abdominal pain and heavy menstrual-intermenstrual bleeding. Pathology report of biopsies affirmed the diagnosis of primary endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma and vaginal squamous cell carcinoma. To the best of our knowledge, the report of this co-existence is the fourth one in literature.en_US
