External fixators are widely used in the treatment of limb length discrepancy, deformities and accompanying pathologies. In recent years, use of intramedullary nails together with external fixators has become more widespread in the treatment of these types of pathologies. The case presented here is a combination of these two methods to treat a case of femoral malunion with external rotation deformity with accompanying limb length discrepancy.en_US
