Boğa spermalarının iki farklı sulandırıcı ile dondurulması ve in vitro değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Laiciphose W 488 (LS) ve AndroMed (AS) sulandırıcılarıyla sulandırılan Holştayn (Siyah Alaca) boğa spermalarında sulandırma, ekilibrasyon ve çözdürme sonrası spermatozoa motilitesi (%) ve anormal spermatozoa oranları (%) üzerine sulandırıcıların etkisi incelendi. Araştırmada 4 boğadan alınan toplam 40 ejakülat kullanıldı. Ortalama ejakülat miktarı 8.470.69 ml, spermatozoa yoğunluğu 1030.557.11x106/ml ve anormal spermatozoa oranı % 3.470.18 olarak tespit edildi. LS ve AS ile sulandırılmış spermalarda sulandırma sonrası ve ekilibrasyon sonrası motil spermatozoa oranları sırasıyla %83.370.37 ve %73.500.80, %83.120.38 ve %72.250.83 olarak saptandı. LS ve AS sulandırıcıları ile dondurulmuş spermanın çözdürme sonrası ortalama spermatozoa motilite oranları sırasıyla %54.631.47 ve %52.751.16, anormal spermatozoa ise sırasıyla %7.750.34 ve %8.250.30 olarak bulundu. Bu çalışmaya göre, her iki sulandırıcı ile elde edilen veriler rutinde kullanılabilir nitelikler taşımakla birlikte, Laiciphose W 488 sulandırıcısı ile çözdürme sonrası spermatozoa motilitesi (P0.05) ve anormal spermatozoa oranında daha iyi sonuçlar alındı.

In this study effect of AndroMed (AS) and Laiciphose W 488 (LS) extenders on the sperm motility and abnormal spermatozoa rates was examined in Holstein bull semen after they were diluted equilibrated and, thawed. In the study 40 ejaculates collected from 4 bulls were used. Averaga semen volume (8.47±0.69%), sperm concentration (x106/ml) 1030.55±7.11, and abnormal spermatozoa (3.470.18%) were found. The motility rates of fresh semen and after equilibration that: diluted with LS and AS were 83.37±0.37%, 73.50±0.80% and 83.12±0.38%, 72.25±0.83% respectively.: After thawing motility rates of sperm diluted with LS and AS extenders were 54.631.47%, 52.75±1.16% and, abnormal spermatozoa percentages of the sperm were 7.750.34% and 8.250.30%. According to this study, neither of these extenders are superior to each other, but statistically it was recognized that sperm motility rate in Laiciphose W 488 extender was remarkable. With respect to the finding of this study, it was observed that both of extenders in dilution of bulls' semen were proper and usable.
