Stretch polytetrafluoroethylene greftlerin hemodiyaliz amaçlı kullanımı ve erken sonuçlarımız

Abstract

Hemodiyaliz programına alınmış kronik böbrek yetmezlikli hastalarda, arteriyovenöz fistül için uygun yüzeyel ven bulunamayan durumlarda kullandığımız 4-7mm tapered stretch politetraflouroethylehe (PTFE) greftlerin erken dönem sonuçları tartışıldı.

The reliability and short-term patience of stretch PTFE vascular graft (4-7 mm tapered) for instruction of arteriovenous fistula was tested on 39 patients with chronic renal failure. Of the patients 58.97 %(23) were male and 41.03 %(16) were female ranging in age from 25 to 69 years. Average follow-up period was 13 months. In our opinion, stretch PTFE vascular grafts are a safe alternative to expanded PTFE vascular grafts.
