Dermatofit suşlarının çeşitli antifungal ilaçlara in vitro duyarlılığı

Abstract

Çeşitli dermatofitozlardan izole edilen 25 Trichophyton rubrum ve 15 Epidermophvton floccossum susunun antifungal ajanlardan izokonazol, tiyokonazol, naftifin ve sikloproksolamine duyarlılıkları mikrodilüsyon yöntemi ile araştırılmıştır. Dermatofit suşları; tinea pedis, tinea inguinalis ve tinea corporis lezyonlarından izole edilmiştir. T. rubrum suşlarında MİK değerleri; naftifin için 0.01-0.02 ng/ml,. sikloproksolami için 5-10 ng/ml (İki suş dışında), izokonazol için 0.01 -2.5 ng/ml ve tiyokonazol için 0.01 - 0.63 fig/ml olarak saptanmıştır. T. rubrum suşlarında iki suş için, sikloproksolamine MİK değeri 20 ng/ml'nin üzerinde bulunmuştur. E. floccossum suşlarında MİK değerleri ise; naftifin için 0.01 -0.02 jig/ml, sikloproksolamin için 5-10 fig/ml, izokonazol ve tiyoconazol için 0.01-0.02 jig/ml olarak saptanmıştır. İki T. rubrum susu sikloproksolamine direnç göstermiş olup E. floccossum ye diğer T. rubrum suşlarının tümü çalışmada kullanılan antifungallere duyarlı bulunmuşlardır. İzokonazolün T. rubrum suşlarına karşı MİK değerleri tiyokonazolün MİK değerlerine oranla daha yüksek olarak saptanmıştır.

The in vitro susceptibilities of 25 Trichophvton rubrum and 15 Epidermophvton floccosum strains against isoconazoie, tioconazoie, naphtyphine and cycloproxolamine were investigated using microdilution broth method. The dermatophyte species had been isolated from lesions of tinea pedis, tinea inguinalis and tinea corporis. The MIC values of naphtyphine, cycloproxolamine, isoconazoie and tioconazoie for T. rubrum strains were determinedas 0.01 - 0.02 /ug/ml, 5-10 jig/ml (except two strains), 0.01-2.5 ixg/mland 0.01-0.63 fig/ml, respectively. The MIC values of cycloproxolamine for two of £ rubrum strains were found over 20 fig/ml. The MICs of naphtyphine cycloproxolamine, isoconozole and tioconazoie for E_ floccosum strains were: 0.01-0.02 ug/ml, 5-10 ug/ml, 0.01-0.02 and 0.01-0.02 /jg/ml, respectively. Although the two of T rybrumstrains showed resistanceagainst cycloproxolamine, the other T. rubrum and all of E. floccosum strains were susceptible to all ofihe antifungals used. The MIC values of isoconazoie was higher than those of tioconazoie for T. rubrum.
