Abstract

Cystoides intestinalis Case Report Pneumatosis Cystoides intestinalis (PCI) is very rare dis¬ease, which is characterized by multiple gase cysts in the wall of bowel due to gastrointestinal or pulmonary abnor¬malities. Although there are many theories, etiopathogene-sis has not been well understood. In our case, there was free air without any peritoneal signs under the both dia-phragmas. Although the initial diagnosis was perforation of peptic ulcus, PCI was found at the operation and this interesting case was presented.
