Samsun ili merkez ilçesinde makine ve elle fide dikiminde tütün maliyetinin karşılaştırmalı analizi

Abstract

Araştırmada Samsun İli Merkez İlçesinde; tütün fidesinin makine ile dikiminin işgücünde sağladığı tasarruf ve bunun tütün üretim maliyeti üzerindeki etkisi ortaya konulmuştur. Veriler: 2001-2002 üretim dönemine ait olup, tütün üretimine yer veren işletmelerden anket yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Tütün üretimi için toplam olarak dekara elle dikimde 413 saat, makine ile dikimde 376 saat insan güeü kullanılmakladır. Buna göre makine ile fide dikiminde, elle dikime göre dekara 37 saat daha az işgücü kullanılmaktadır. Buna karşılık makine ile dikimde makine kullanımı, elle dikime göre 2 saat daha fazladır. Bir dekar alan için tütün üretim maliyeti: elle dikimde 336 milyon TL, makine ile dikimde 311 milyon TL hesaplanmıştır. Elle dikimde tütün maliyeti, makineli dikime göre %8 daha fazladır. Bu durum makine ile fide dikiminin, tütün maliyetinde tasarruf sağladığını göstermektedir.

Labour saving through using planting machine in tobacco production and its effect on production costs have been explored in central province of Samsun. The bulk of the data gathered from households, which produce tobacco by using survey techniques. The data belongs 2001-2002-production period. It has been found that 413 hours of labour is needed if tobacco is planted by hand compared to planting by machine which takes 376 hours per decare. Thirty-seven hours of labour was saved if tobacco planted by machine. On the other hand 2 more machine hours is needed if tobacco planted by machine. Total cost of production per decare is 336 million if tobacco is planted by hand compared to 311 million if it is planted by machine. Production cost by hand is almost 8 percent higher than production by machine. It has been concluded production by hand in tobacco production saves labour.
