Implant design is one of the critical factors in the success of dental implantation. Various types of implants were developed achive increase the surface area and equilibrate the stress distribution. Prosthetic superstructures must acliere opti¬mum occlusion and prevent the implant and bone from the destructive forces. The aim of this study is to evaluate the functional stresses which were generated from the different cusp inclines to the bone and the implant. Finite Element Metod is used for stress analyses. Mathematical modeles were pre¬pared for hollow screw endosteal implants which have 1530 and 45 cusp inclines respectively. Mathematical models were include 1039 point 995 elements aproxi-mately. Shear, tensile and compressive stresses were analysed in 3 different mod¬els. As a result, the restorations which have 30 cups inclines are more advantages then the other models.en_US
