dc.description.abstractBafra ve Çarşamba ovaları, sebze alanlarında en yaygın Kökurnematodu türü olan Me/oidogyne incognita'nın 3 adet populasyonuna, yörede mevcut ırk veya ırkların saptanmasına bir başlangıç olarak standart "Kuzey Karolina Konukçu Testi" uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, ovalardan elde edilen her 3 populasyonun da M. incognita Irk 2 olduğu tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIt was determined that, the most common root-knot nematode species is Meloidogyne incognita in vegetables growing areas in Bafra and çarşamba plains. In order to 'start to determine the races in these regions, samples of 3 populations were tested by North Carolina Differential Host Test. As a result, it was found that root-knot nematode of these populations are belonged to M. incognita Race 2.en_US
