Sağlık Meslek Mensubu Olarak Diyetisyenin Yasal Sorumlulukları

Abstract

Günümüzde sağlık hizmetlerinin bir ekip çalışması olduğu ifade edilmektedir. Diyetisyenin bu ekibin bir parçası olduğu da genel olarak kabul edilen bir gerçektir.Sağlık hizmetini üreten meslek grubuna "Sağlık Meslekleri" adı verilir. Bu meslek mensuplarına ise "Sağlık Meslek Mensupları" denilmektedir.Diyetisyen, beslenme ve diyetetik alanında lisans eğitimi veren fakülte veya yüksek okullardan mezun olur. Sağlıklı bireyler için sağlıklı beslenme programlarını belirler. Diyetisyen, hastalar için hekimin talebi üzerine gerekli beslenme programlarını hazırlar. Toplu beslenme yapılan yerlerde beslenme programlarını hazırlar ve besin güvenliğini sağlamak konusunda çalışır. Diğer bütün sağlık meslek mensupları için olduğu gibi, 'Hasta Hakları' çerçevesinde hizmet sunmak diyetisyen için de büyük önem arz eder.
