dc.description.abstractSarı tırnak sendromu primer lenfödem, tekrarlayan plevral efüzyon ve tırnaklarda sarı renk değişikliği ile karakterizedir. Genellikle sarı tırnak sendromunun lenfatik damarların anatomik ve/veya fonksiyonel anormallikleri sonucu oluştuğuna inanılır. Literatürde yaklaşık 100 olgu sunulmuştur, fakat ülseratif kolit ile birlikteliğine rastlanmamıştır. Bu olgu sunumunda sarı tırnak sendromu ile seyreden ülseratif kolit olgusunu sunuyoruzen_US
dc.description.abstractYellow nail syndrome is characterized by primary lymphoedama, reccurrent pleural effusion and yellow nail discoloration of the nails. It is commonly believed that yellow nail syndrome is due to an anatomical/functional abnormality of the lymphatic vessels. About 100 cases of yellow nail syndrome have been described in the literature but it has never been associated with ulcerative colitis. We report one patient wih yellow nail syndrome in whom ulcerative colitis was observed.en_US
