dc.description.abstractIn this article, we will analyze the characteristics of the notion of wajib duringthefirstsixcenturyofthehistoryofIslamiclawintermsofitsexist‐ ence,mukallaf,applicationandresults.Wewillpointthatthewajibisbased onAllah‘swillandtheProphetcannotchangeitspontaneously.Wajib,which allMuslimsobligedtobelieveit,isnotbuiltonfear.Acording to Islamic Law, wajib; with its complementary elements; is the highest degree of obligation but also it can be abrogated. According to its structure, it can not be abondoned, it must be implemented. There are re‐ quirements for wajib.
