Abstract

Immune response stars in 2-4 weeks after than mycobacterium tuberculosis comes to body. There are cellular immunity and last type hypersensitivity. Essential response is cellular immunity to tuberculosis. If cellular immunity reply is much more than normal. there will be last excessive sensitive (Type IV) that it can of body. The person that immune deficiency doesn't be specific defense against tuberculosis bacillus. Tuberculosis bacillus haven't any endotoxin or exotoxin. Mortalite and morbidite are being wish dense bacillus community in lung. In immune deficiency patients, especially AIDS were showing macrophages haven't acquire antigenic character to forcing subject and koch bacil. In that case, immune response don't begin helper T lenfocid (T4) counted is reduce. Ppd test is negative in immune deficiency patients (anergia). In these patients have generalize milir tuberculosis. Koch bacillus are spread every organ wish hematoten transition and all of them are showing little tuberculosis granulone.
