İlhan Usmanbaş’ın viyolonsel-piyano eserlerinin özellikleri

Abstract

Makalenin kapsamında İlhan Usmanbaş’ın viyolonsel ve piyano ikilisi için bestelediği dört eser yer almaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı eserlerin önemini, ilişkilendirildikleri akımların ve tekniklerin ilkelerinin kullanım şeklini, konservatuvar ve enstitü müfredatlarında yer alabilecekleri aşamaları ve icralarında dikkat edilmesi gereken hususları ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma verileri kaynak taramasıyla ve uzmanlarla görüşmeler ve yazışmalar yoluyla toplanmıştır. Uzman grubunda besteci/teorisyenler ile eserleri besteci ile çalışarak seslendirmiş bir viyolonsel sanatçısı yer almaktadır. Makalenin giriş bölümünde kısaca konu ile ilgili diğer kaynaklara, bestecinin söz konusu dört eseri bestelediği dönemlere ve kullandığı besteleme tekniklerine değinilmiştir. Bulgularda her bir eserin formu, teknik ve müzikal içeriği ve çalışma süreci ilgili uzman fikirleri detaylı olarak paylaşılmıştır ve amaç cümlesindeki sıralamaya göre yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda söz konusu eserlerin her birinin türünün ilk örneklerinden olduğu, bir arada geniş perspektifli bir albüm repertuvarı oluşturdukları, her birinde özgün tekniklerin varlığı ve viyolonsel müfredatlarında lise son sınıftan, lisans ve yüksek lisansa kadar geniş bir kapsamda değerlendirilebilecekleri saptanmıştır.

The scope of the article includes four works composed by İlhan Usmanbaş for the cello and piano duo. The aim of the research is to reveal the importance of the works, the way of using the principles of the movements and techniques they are associated with, the stages they can be included in the curriculum of the conservatory and institute, and the issues that need to be considered in their performance. Research data were collected through literature review and interviews and correspondence with experts. The expert group includes composers / theorists and a cello artist who has performed his works by working with the composer. In the introduction part of the article, literature directly related to the subject, the periods in which the composer composed the four works in question and the composition techniques he used were briefly mentioned. In the findings, all the expert statements about form, technical and musical content of each work are given and interpreted in correspondance with the purpose statement. As a result of the research, it has been determined that each of the works in question is one of the first examples of its er a or kind, unique techniques exist in each of them, that together they form a repertoire of wide perspective and that they can be functional in a wide range within the cello curriculum from high school to undergraduate and graduate levels.
