Döner sermayeli işletmelerde özellikli muhasebe konuları ve bazı çözüm önerileri

Abstract

Devlet, üstlenmiş olduğu görevlerini yerine getirirken ekonomik faaliyetlerde de bulunmak zorundadır. Bu ekonomik faaliyetleri sırasında ortaya çıkan boş kapasiteyi değerlendirmek ve gelir elde etmek amacıyla döner sermayeli işletmeler kurulmuştur. Döner sermayeli işletmelerin Devletin genel ve katma bütçeli idarelerine bağlı olarak kurulması ve işletilmesi, muhasebe işlemlerinde bazı farklı ve özellikli durumlara neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, döner sermayeli işletmelerin yapısı, özellikleri üzerinde durulduktan sonra özellikli muhasebe konularına açıklık getirilmiştir.

Goverment, when performing the missions of its own, also has to do the economic activities. During these economic activities, goverment has to establish enterprises of revolving funds to utilize the idle capacity and obtain income. The enterprises of revolving funds within the general and annexed budget administrations, couse to some different and specific situations in the accounting regulations of the companies. In this study, the sturcture of enterprises of revolving funds and their specially were mentonied and their special accountig situatinos were explained clearly.
