| dc.description.abstract | The structure of the title compound, C15H14N2O2, an azo dye, displays a trans configuration with respect to the N=N bridge. The dihedral angle between the aromatic rings is 5.06 (8)degrees. The molecular conformation is stabilized by a strong intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bond. In the crystal, intermolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds occur. | en_US |
